CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Our number one concern is to ensure customers are satisfied with any items they purchase from us and that they receive the highest standard of service possible. All our antique articles listed have been individually selected for their quality and attractiveness, and should be free from damage or repair (other than normal wear), unless specifically noted in the article´s description. If you are in any way dissatisfied with our goods or service, please let us know and we undertake to rectify any shortcomings immediately.

Our contemporary range has been designed exclusively by us; all sterling silver articles carry our own Hallmark and those Marks of the Edinburgh Assay office thereby guaranteeing their authenticity and quality. Where silver plated wares are offered the pieces will carry the mark "EPNS" or occasionally "SILVER PLATED".


GUARANTEES & REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with any item purchased from us, for whatever reason, please contact us within a maximum of 30 days of purchase and on return of the goods we will refund your purchase cost in full. This guarantee does not in any way affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

PRIVACY & SECURITY

We undertake absolutely to keep private and confidential any personal information received such as your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and credit card details; and we promise none of these will ever be revealed to any third party.

Our ORDER PAGE is held on a secure server and it is safe to send us personal information. All credit card transactions will be handled by or by PayPal OR BidPay (see ORDERING & PAYING page), unless you prefer to make payment through some other third party settlement house.
