You may order goods in a variety of ways, the easiest of which is online ordering : simply click on the ADD TO BASKET icon (the item will be added to your shopping list); and when you have finished shopping, click on the CHECKOUT icon After that, simply follow the instructions.

Alternatively, you may order offline by : (1) e-mailing us; (2) faxing us; (3) telephoning us; or (4) writing to us. For offline ordering please see the CONTACTING US page.

Whichever method you choose, the information we require to fulfil your order is the same :
  • stock number and short description of the item

  • your name and address; your e-mail address; your fax number (if appropriate); and your telephone number

  • how you wish to pay
