- You have the option of a free delivery service on all of our jewellery pieces as well as products that cost £100 or under. For these items we use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Delivery takes 3-5 working days and parcels must be signed for.
- On all other items we offer DHL Express Domestic. Order before 12pm Monday-Thursday to get Next-Day delivery in most parts of the UK. The service is fully track-able so you will get updates by text and/or email once it is picked up from us. You are also given the opportunity to rearrange the delivery place or day if needed. The cost is £9.50 for parcels weighing up to 10kg and includes insurance.
- We use DHL Express International for Worldwide Deliveries outside of the UK. The service is fully trackable so the receiver will get updates by text and/or email once it is dispatched. You are also given the opportunity to rearrange the delivery place or day if needed. Prices are based on a maximum weight of 20kg and includes insurance.
- Europe £16 1-2 days
- USA £19 2 days
- Rest of World £25 2-3 days
You will receive confirmation that your shipment is booked through our website and from DHL. DHL will also notify you of the estimate delivery date. Please note, some shipments may take longer than the time frames specified above. For example, if the destination is classed as ‘Remote’ by DHL.
Please allow for up to 7 working days if you are having your item engraved. If you are concerned about meeting a deadline then please get in touch with us to discuss, we will try to accommodate.
Purchases from outside the UK and EU are not subject to the UK VAT/Sales Tax of 20% – the price/s will be automatically adjusted at the Checkout when you enter your destination Country – outside of UK or you may choose from one of the currencies listed.
Please note, that any Import Charges and Costs (Duty, VAT/TVA or Disbursement) levied in your country on the receipt of a shipment from us will be for your account.
Tracking Your Parcel: When we dispatch your order you will receive a confirmation email which states your tracking reference.
