Charlie Stott – Managing Director

An experienced entrepreneur, Charlie has lived and worked across the globe in such diverse places as India, Nigeria and the West Coast of Scotland. He founded Hayward & Stott in 1999 and has grown the giftware and corporate sections of the business. The driving force behind much of the company’s creative processes he is responsible for new products and business development. He lives just outside Edinburgh happily surrounded by countryside and his dogs.

  Edwin Stott – Director

Born in Irvine some 40 years ago and brought up in Argyll, Glasgow and Edinburgh, Ed left university with a degree in History of Modern Art and Design and worked in Barcelona and London before joining his father in the business in November 2017 after a career in live events. He is responsible for marketing, operations and corporate projects. Ed lives in Edinburgh with his wife, daughter and son pursuing passions for the arts, anything crafted and rugby.

Follow on:         Esme Young – Marketing Manager Esme spent her early childhood in Oxford before moving to the banks of the River Tyne in Newcastle. After several years in Vancouver she graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 2015, with an MA in History of Art, before embarking on a career in the arts and marketing. She has been with Hayward & Stott for just over a year managing the company’s marketing and communications output. She loves skiing, the outdoors and travel.
Ellen Aronsson-Jones – Workshop Manager Born and raised in New Zealand, Ellen left Auckland in 2015 to travel around Europe. After living in Alvesta in Sweden and London, she ended up just outside of Edinburgh with her partner renovating their first home. She has always had a passion for all things silver and is now managing our workshop, taking care of engravings and repairs. She loves travelling, dancing, and anything handmade.
